If you are an existing user
Go Keplr, and click on the drop down menu showing all the various chains, navigate the Sei Testnet and a close button will appear at far right, click on it and close it ,use the Vortex link and connect to the new network
After doing this, you connect the wallet to request for test tokens
If you are a new user just connect any of the installed wallet to Vortex and you will be automatically added to the new network
